Click & Collect orders are usually ready to collect within 3 working days from the store. During peak time in summer holidays this can be up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays) but allow up to 14 working days. When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email notifying you. Please have your order number with you when collecting.

Delivery should usually be within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays) but allow up to 14 working days. During peak trading times in summer holidays, please allow up to 20 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Stock levels on many embroidered and printed garments can be variable, so in these cases you may need to allow extra time. If we do have a problem one of our sales staff will email or call you. Printed name tapes are being despatched within 48 hours and woven name tapes within 7 working days, as stated on the product description. All deliveries must be checked and then signed for at that address. Any shortages or damages should be noted down with the courier. A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made, after this the parcel will be returned to us and you will be fully refunded minus the delivery charge.
